During March 2018, Chris will be turning 70 years old and will be taking a week off to celebrate this milestone.

As a valued business partner, we wish to advise that upon Chris’ return, we will be implementing our succession plan that we have been working on for the past couple of years.

From April 2018, 25 years since establishing the business, Chris will step back from the day-to-day running of the business but will continue to service his existing clients. Chris still has a passion for providing quality advice to his clients but also, given the major milestone, he is looking forward to commencing his journey to eventual retirement. This will see Chris’ hours in the office reduce significantly.

The business has been planning for this day for some time and we are confident that between myself, our existing team and recent staff appointments, the high quality of service and advice we provide our clients will be maintained. All of your enquiries will still be handled within our usual high service standards.

This is a really exciting time for the business as we are confident we are in the position for this transition to occur without any impact on our valued clients.

We wish Chris all the best on his path to eventual retirement.
